If you haven't yet connected an AWS account to CodeShield, please refer to the according documentation first.

CodeShield allows selecting the scope the scan should apply. Depending on how you use AWS, we recommend scanning a particular CloudFormation stack, a region, or the entire account, and the scan always applies to that specific scope.
